We can’t get our clients on the same page.  Every time we submit something to be reviewed, it can take weeks because before we get a response.  Our clients often times email the work we develop to multiple people to get their opinion before we can get approval to move forward.  All of our efforts are on hold until we get a response and it is not productive.  We needed to find a way to present our work, get rapid input and move forward with minimal delays.

We also wanted a way to differentiate our business.   Our hope was to provide a simple collaborative communication solution that would allow us to keep track of projects, report on progress and provide a simple effective way to have clients review and approve status for our services.
