Customer Service/Support
Our company had a goal to improve feedback from customers to our product management and manufacturing departments. We developed a strategy to identify positive and negative trends and provide this information to a special team which consisted of support, product and manufacturing management. The team would meet once a week and work with their departments to find new ways of leveraging this customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
With AccomplishTS we were able to clearly identify our goal, link it to our strategy and from a team work area, collaborate on delivering a method to take customer feedback and deliver an improved product. We use the AccomplishTS project work area to assign tasks, provide a narrative with a project wiki, and document the creation and evolution of the team’s progress. We publish a project blog to inform our company and receive input regarding our approach and provide executive management timely status updates on our progress. We were able to break down department barriers and provide a very productive method to enrich our company’s products and services.
