Executive Management

With Accomplish I have the ability to define our business Mission, Vision, and Values. I can establish and display the organizations goals so that all employees can have access to what the leadership has set as the top priorities. I can work with each department head and create strategies that will align with these goals and be able to access and monitor these strategies to see if they are working.

I can review the progress towards our goals as often as I like and wherever I like as long as I can logon to an Internet browser.

When I have questions about our progress I can review RSS updates on the projects that are aligned with the strategy.  I have finally found a solution that was easy to set up and provides me the information I need to stay informed and actively involved in the progress of our business goals.
