I am constantly updating and providing budget information for each department. The departments continually misfile or lose this information and it is hard to keep one “version of truth” for each department. Now I can simply set up a budget project for each department and provide them everything they need and discuss questions they have on the project message board. I can track the tasks performed and show management where we spend most of our time and effort, based on requests from other departments.
