With AccomplishTS we were able to:

Display all program goals, strategies (Objectives) and quickly organize teams while assigning responsibility and weekly, monthly updates to keep us abreast of the project status to completion.

Each Team member was assigned specific tasks that had a direct connection to the team goal and were accountable for providing status updates and task completion notification. It was easy to get buy in because the process was simple and the status was communicated to managers automatically.

We deployed AccomplishTS with the basic features and decided to gain employee acceptance and team interaction before we expanded the solution to incorporate new features. There are so many features to choose from we wanted to keep it simple to begin with.

We can now work with multiple groups within our agency and provide Management automated key reports that tie all programs, projects and team status together on a weekly and monthly basis.
