My department provides a series of internal training programs and we needed to create a more collaborative environment to encourage feedback and ideas to improve the content of these programs. I used AccomplishTS to create a blog that described each training program, provided a forum for feedback and helped to improve the quality of the programs we provided. The discussions from the blog had some excellent feedback and ideas so we assigned a team of employees from each department to be a representative for their group.
We wanted to bring their expertise in the hopes that it would provide more compelling content that was relevant to their departments needs. We set up the project with the goal of spending as little time away from the team members jobs as possible. With the AccomplishTS message board we now have a very productive and responsive method for improving training content and the courses have gotten great reviews from the attendees.
