In our company, we manage a large number of customer contracts. We have staff attorneys as well as contract Legal Firms that handle these contracts. It was a challenge to monitor the productivity of my staff and our outside resources. I used AccomplishTS to set up a task list to monitor each contract sent out, when it was returned and complete.
I provided an AccomplishTS message board to have dialog with the attorneys when questions came up that were delaying the contract completion. I now have a way to work with my staff and outside firm to better understand any challenges and set goals based on expected results.
