Marketing/Advertising Agency
We are a mid-sized Marketing/Advertising Agency and have tried many products to organize client projects and manage project tasks and due dates. A few products gave us some of what we needed but they weren’t the complete package that we hoped to find. We needed the ability to easily share documents and have an audit trail for the different versions of our project documents. We also needed a way to interact with clients other than expensive location visits and emails.
It was hard to hold clients to task on projects. It was critical that we have an easy way to share project visibility for the Agency and the Client so we could better manage productivity.
Ultimately we had to get employees and clients on the same page regarding their contribution and direction to the project goals and strategies. This was essential for us to meet our goal of growing our business and staying competitive in our market space.
