Marketing/Brand Manager



As marketing manager,  I have anywhere from 5-15 projects going on at any given time.  I have to be actively involved in every project and managing so much information can be overwhelming.  I am asked weekly to report on the progress of each activity and it takes me hours to collect the information and provide it to my executive team.  The first thing that I did when I started using AccomplishTS was to build a customized project workplace specific to the needs of each project we were working on.  We defined the project using the AccomplishTS wiki and then identified tasks, assigned responsibility and estimated completion dates for each task within the project. 

Some of the projects were very complex and had multiple components with different team members so I created a separate tab that housed each of the different team’s task lists.  It made it very simple to view all activity and progress for each team.  I can simply review this page and provide a weekly status update to management for their monthly meeting.  What used to take days I can do in less than 30 minutes.
