Our employees are very passionate about our Non-Profit Organization which is a very good thing, except when we have Staff meetings. What were once 30 minute meetings once a week have transformed into 2-3 hour meetings once a week. They are far too long and not very productive. We wanted a system that would let each individual update their project status, provide detailed information in an easy to find work area, and give staff the ability to provide comments and inputs.

Our hope was to spend less time on details in our meetings and more time on communicating the status of our Organizational goals. We also needed a better way to give the Board of Directors more visibility into the activities of the organization without upsetting our staff. Some staff members were afraid of providing too much visibility and we knew we needed by-in from the staff to provide this information. Our overall goal was to get all employees on the same page regarding their role, job expectations, contribution review and goal attainment.
