I have sales teams throughout Europe, Asia, South America and the United States. We have created unique goals and strategies for each region. I needed to establish a way for each team to provide me with timely updates on the status of their region, successes or challenges they were having meeting their strategies, and if need be, look at the detailed reports that each region prepared for financial reporting. I would spend hours on the phone with each region reviewing this information and it was not productive. Everyone was frustrated with these meetings not only in the time it took to attend the meetings but the effort to prepare for them was significant.
With AccomplishTS I was able to create a workplace for each region, have them put all current issues, forecasts, pipeline data and hot topics which they would update each week. I communicate my inputs through the message board and I can get feedback from anyone on the regional team. I was able to cut our phone by 60% and each call is incredibly more productive than before. I get status updates each week and have a much better business relationship with each region.
